Tenants Info

As a Letting Agent our Tenants are our Life Blood, so we will go out of our way to accommodate most requests where it is possible.

Viewings are by appointment only and you will ALWAYS be accompanied by one of our Trained Negotiators.

Once you have had a viewing on one of our Properties, you may wish to make an offer to take a Lease on it, which we will act on immediately

Once an offer has been accepted we will cease marketing the Property while we take up your references

To take a tenancy you must be free of County Court Judgements (CCJ's) and have a joint income of at least 2 1/2 times the Yearly Rent of the Property, so as to be able to afford the Rent. You must also have the 1st Months Rent In Advance as well as a 1 Month Security Deposit.

We at 1 Stop Lets try our best to be as flexible as possible with regards to potential Tenants Individual Circumstances and where necessary you may be required to have a UK based Guarantor to take a tenancy.

All of our properties carry an up to Date Gas Safety Inspection (where needed) and have the buildings Insured by the Landlord.
